Quarterly Program Progress Report
July 1, 2024- June 30, 2025
A quarterly program and financial report is required of each agency receiving United Way funding. Agencies will report on each quarter separately and then cumulatively for the fiscal year.
Report Deadlines are as follows:
- 1st Quarter (July-Sept) Due October 15th
- 2nd Quarter (Oct-Dec) Due January 15th
- 3rd Quarter (Jan-Mar) Due April 15th
- 4th Quarter (April-June) Due July 15th
*Program and financial reports that are not submitted by the above deadlines will result in a forfeiture of 6% annual allocation.
*Program and financial reports not submitted at the end of another 30 days will result in a forfeiture of 25% annual allocation.
